New appointment at Purbeck Covenant Services

Purbeck Covenant Services, the pensions employer covenant advisory business, is adding to the strength of its senior team with the appointment of Stuart Whapples as a new Director.
Stuart joins PCS having spent five years at Lincoln Pensions, where he advised scheme sponsors and the trustees of defined benefit pension schemes of all sizes on every aspect of employer covenant, the interaction of covenant with scheme funding and investment, along with the wider defined benefit pensions regulatory landscape.
At PCS, Stuart will link up with former colleagues Andrew Comber and Lee Pilkington. After a successful first year, PCS continues to experience strong demand for its independent covenant advisory services as a result of increased regulatory scrutiny (particularly in respect of smaller schemes) and the current economic uncertainties facing businesses as the UK navigates Brexit.
